The core problem

The challenge for doctors and clinics is not only marketing, content and sales teams is not

Many clinics spend on advertising, but a large share of their budget and patient enquiries is lost because of poor market selection, weak ad messaging, unsuitable pages, slow responses, or the absence of a sales and performance marketing system.

We do not treat advertising as separate from sales; the entire patient acquisition journey should be designed as one system.

What makes us different

We build a complete system step by step, from the first interaction through to treatment.

Multilingual advertising content

One message is not enough for every market is not enough

We design different messages and content for each country, language and stage of the patient decision journey, so an ad does more than get seen: it guides the right user to the next action.

We apply the journey we built for ourselves to your business too

Hadi SheydaiMore than five years in digital marketing in Turkey with a dedicated team

I’m Hadi Sheydai. For more than five years, my team and I have worked in digital marketing in Turkey. During this time we have worked with different businesses and managed strategy, content production, web design, online advertising, lead generation, data analysis and sales-journey optimization as one integrated process.

From the beginning, my approach was never simply to run one ad campaign or deliver a few pieces of content. Our goal has been to prevent businesses from having to coordinate several different teams or carry the cost of hiring many separate specialists. We built a team with complementary skills so every part of marketing moves through one coordinated process toward one goal: professional, measurable and improvable results.

A major part of our experience comes from working with doctors, clinics and healthcare businesses. We learned that international patient acquisition does not happen through advertising alone. The right market, the right message, multilingual content, a professional landing page, fast responses, consistent follow-up and sales-team coordination all need to work together for a simple enquiry to become a real patient.

After several years in this field, I decided not to stop at providing marketing services and to take a more serious step. That is why we launched Venoramed as an independent health tourism startup: a platform where we are directly involved in the real challenges of this market, from infrastructure and multilingual content to campaign execution, lead generation, response handling and patient follow-up.

This experience means we do not look at a doctor or clinic’s business from the outside. We have spent our own advertising budgets, tested different markets, studied patient behavior and seen the weak points in acquisition and sales journeys first-hand. Our recommendations are therefore not just theory or generic templates; they are built on real experience, campaign data and practical understanding of patient decision-making.

Today, my team and I aim to apply this experience to each doctor or clinic based on its circumstances, specialty, capacity and target market—not through unrealistic promises, but through a transparent, structured and measurable journey that starts with strategy and continues through acquisition, follow-up and patient conversion.

We do not just run your ads; we build a real patient acquisition system alongside you.
FAQ

FAQ

What budget do we need to start advertising?

There is no single exact answer because goals, strategies and health tourism services vary. If you want to attract both domestic and international patients, your total marketing spend can start from around USD 4,000, but this figure differs for every business and may be lower or higher.

Which country is best suited to our services?

We can generate leads from any country and in any language, but the key question is how well your sales team can communicate and whether you have the infrastructure needed for health tourism. In general, European markets, the UK and Germany are more established for health tourism.

How soon after advertising starts will we receive leads?

Based on our track record, we can guarantee that the strategy we design and execute will generate leads.

Do you also handle patient responses?

In some cases, depending on the partnership model, we can handle this as well. The standard approach, however, is for each organization’s own sales team to respond to patients.

Which languages are supported?

We do not have a language limitation for our services. We have delivered work in different languages and are strongest in Turkish, Persian and English, while we have also achieved good results with Arabic and Spanish campaigns.

Can we partner with Venoramed?

Yes, if you meet the required conditions and hold the necessary permissions.

How is lead quality measured?

For us, a lead is someone who sends a message, responds and moves the conversation forward. A person who clicks the ad but never responds from the start is considered a low-quality lead. Through different filtering stages, we work to increase the proportion of qualified leads with a higher likelihood of conversion.

Are campaign results guaranteed?

No professional provider can guarantee an exact number of patients, but every stage, cost, lead-quality metric and conversion rate can be measured and optimized.

Who owns the website, advertising accounts and lead data?

They all belong to your doctor or clinic unless you are operating through one of our platforms.

Short form

Medical tourism marketing starts with understanding whom a clinic can serve and how it will handle enquiries from those people. An advertisement being seen is only the beginning. A clinic manager also needs to understand what information a visitor receives, how that visitor makes contact and who continues the conversation. Without these connections, website visits and message counts offer a limited view of how marketing is working.

At Sheydai Ads, we plan marketing services for doctors and clinics around the relationship between advertising and enquiry follow-up. Market selection, service descriptions, content and website preparation need to fit the team’s capacity to respond. The aim is to create a process that can be evaluated and improved using the outcomes of actual enquiries.

Preparing for international patient acquisition

Before choosing a country or allocating advertising spend, it is worth assessing the clinic’s services and readiness to support international enquiries. The languages available within the communication team, the doctor’s schedule, consultation arrangements and information provided before travel all affect the plan. Generating enquiries from a market the clinic cannot adequately support may increase workload without creating a useful path forward.

For international patient acquisition, we consider the communication journey for each service separately. Someone researching dental treatment may have different questions and a different decision timeline from someone considering cosmetic surgery. The service page, enquiry form and initial response should reflect those differences. A single advertisement and a generic reply are unlikely to address every type of enquiry equally well.

Connecting clinic advertising with the right landing page

Each campaign needs a clear audience, an understandable offer and a defined next step. For Google search advertising, we examine how the searcher’s query relates to the advertisement and its destination. An advertisement about a particular service should lead to information about that service, with a relevant and accessible contact option. Sending every visitor to the same general page can make that journey harder to follow.

For Meta advertising, the way a service is introduced and the choice of visual content are also part of the process. Introducing the doctor, explaining how an initial consultation begins or addressing common questions can provide useful content themes. The choice depends on the campaign and its audience. Advertising messages should be consistent with the website and with the explanations the communication team can provide. Content should also be checked against the selected channel’s policies before publication.

Why multilingual content needs more than translation

An international visitor may want to understand the clinic, the professional providing the service and the next step before making contact. A useful website makes this information easy to find. Verifiable professional details, clear service descriptions, genuine examples published with permission and straightforward contact options help visitors evaluate what is being offered. Vague statements and unsupported claims make that evaluation more difficult.

Multilingual content involves more than translating individual words. Headings, service terminology and explanations should read naturally in the visitor’s language. English, Turkish and Persian pages can share an objective without using identical wording. Mobile readability and easy access to the enquiry form or WhatsApp also matter: a well-written explanation is less useful if the next step is difficult to find.

From a new enquiry to organised follow-up

A completed form or a new WhatsApp conversation is not the same as a confirmed treatment booking. The person may still be comparing providers, asking about costs or waiting for further information. The team needs to know what information is necessary, who should handle the enquiry and when follow-up is due. Medical assessment and treatment recommendations remain the responsibility of the relevant healthcare professional, not the advertising team.

A CRM can help organise enquiries into clear stages, such as new enquiry, contact established, awaiting a reply or consultation arranged. Marketing and communication teams should use the same definitions for these stages. Recording why conversations do not progress makes it easier to investigate the cause. An enquiry may be unsuitable, but the problem could also be missing information, delayed responses or an unclear follow-up process.

Measuring clinic marketing beyond the cost per lead

The cost of an enquiry is useful when comparing campaigns, but it does not show the whole picture. A channel producing fewer enquiries may still support more relevant conversations. We therefore consider several indicators together:

  • Enquiries that match the service and target market;
  • The proportion of people with whom contact is actually established;
  • Response times and the status of follow-up;
  • Progress towards consultations and outcomes recorded by the clinic.

Advertising spend, the evaluation period and the length of the decision process also need to be clear. Form submissions should not be presented as patient numbers without checking what happened afterwards. When reviewing patient acquisition campaign examples, the important questions are what each result measures and what context is available to interpret it.

Medical tourism marketing services from Sheydai Ads

Depending on a clinic’s current situation, Sheydai Ads can work on market strategy, multilingual content, website or landing page development, campaign management and analysis of the enquiry journey. The scope should be agreed at the beginning: which tasks our team will handle, what information the clinic needs to provide and who will respond to prospective patients. Defined responsibilities make the work easier to evaluate and improve.

Medical tourism marketing does not require launching in every market at once. A practical starting point may be one service and a market the clinic can support. Once the necessary information and response process are in place, enquiry quality can inform the next decision. Patient numbers and treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed. What can be planned and reviewed is the implementation of the marketing process and the information it produces.

To discuss your clinic’s readiness for international patient acquisition, complete the business assessment request form. Information about your services, supported languages and existing marketing activity will provide a starting point for considering a suitable plan.
